1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the vvipjl platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the vvipjl Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vvipjl will never ask for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

4.Identity Verification (KYC)

vvipjl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. All players must complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and before deposit limits may be increased.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at vvipjl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform supports a range of local payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: PHP 50 (subject to payment method limits);

7.Game Rules & Fairness

12.Account Suspension & Termination

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;

In the event of account closure due to a breach, vvipjl reserves the right to retain any bonus funds and associated winnings. Legitimate real-money deposits and withdrawable balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, net of any amounts legitimately owed to vvipjl, within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any necessary investigations.

13.Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits vvipjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

14.Amendments to Terms

vvipjl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The amended Terms will specify an effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
